Bromley House Library, Nottingham
Bromley House Library is situated on Angel Row, in the heart of Nottingham. It is one of the few surviving subscription libraries in the UK. This beautiful library boasts over 40,000 books, and several reading rooms spread over three floors in a beautiful Grade 11 listed Georgian building. A cosy, non-stuffy, atmosphere prevails and welcomes you. What’s more, it has a walled garden, which is only one of two in Nottingham’s city centre.
Events at Bromley House Library
Bromley House Library holds events for members and non-members alike. You can come on an interesting guided tour most Wednesdays. Just ring the library up to book beforehand to avid disappointment.
